The HumanXAI name, wordmark, symbol, visual identity, and associated product or project names may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, investment, sponsorship, or official affiliation without written permission.

You may refer to HumanXAI accurately in editorial or academic discussion, provided the reference does not create confusion about source or affiliation.

You may share links to public pages and quote short passages for reporting, commentary, scholarship, or other uses permitted by applicable law, with clear attribution to HumanXAI and a link to the source.

Permission is required for substantial reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, dataset creation, model training, merchandise, advertising, or modified versions of protected website materials unless applicable law expressly permits the use.

Software, models, datasets, papers, documentation, and research artefacts may be released under separate licence terms. Any licence included with a specific repository, download, or publication controls that material.

No open-source, source-available, research, patent, data, or model licence is granted merely because a project is described on this website.

Third-party names, marks, fonts, software components, and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licence terms. Their appearance on this website does not transfer those rights to HumanXAI or to website visitors.

For press assets, republication, commercial licensing, research use, or another permission request, email contact@humanxai.ch with the material, intended use, audience, distribution, and requested duration.

A permission is valid only when confirmed in writing by an authorised HumanXAI representative. Separate agreements may include additional conditions.
